the day before the worst day.
Verbatim email I got from Liam today:
“That’s better!!! I forgot! I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo busy!!!!!!!!! Ugh! Were the heck is an elf when you need one???”
this has been my co-op advisor and boss for the last twelve weeks.

… even better than hearing that there’s a design meeting in Paris in 5 minutes.
the end of a quarter is never a time to suggest 12 changes that affect 1200 other things, with two working days left before you are due to go home for the holidays.
especially when you ignore emails because you are “too busy” for the two weeks prior to this.
uhhhhhhhh.
i made more pumpkin cookies.
and the recipe is huge, so i actually only baked some of them and saved the rest of the dough.
they’re vegan.
last night i dreamt that i went home for christmas, and still had the dough, and took it home with me. my mother decided she was going to help me by finishing baking the rest of the dough, and i came home to terrible cookies because she had also decided to put butter in the dough...
and there goes productivity for the day.. →

so, a few days ago, i decided to keep track of what i eat, for no real reason other than to see if my food instincts/desires meet the accepted american nutrition standards.
all i’ve learned, is that somehow i manage to never eat enough calories, while somehow also eating 45g of protein every day.
